Terms of Sale
Your Order constitutes an offer to us. We will confirm our acceptance of your Order by sending you an email confirming the information you included in your Order (the Confirmation Email). These Terms of Sale, the General Terms and the Order will become legally binding on you and us when we send you the Confirmation Email and each Order shall incorporate the Terms of Sale and General Terms and shall be a new and separate contract between you and us.
You shall be responsible for:
ensuring that either you or your authorised representative (as specified in the Order) are present to take delivery of the Products at the delivery place specified in your Order;
The prices for the Products and (if applicable) for delivery are set out on the Collection Website or Delivery Website (as applicable) and are inclusive of VAT. Please note that if your Delivery Order is below a minimum value then an additional charge, as set out on the Delivery Website during the ordering process, may also apply.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and refunds
You do not have a right to cancel any contract for Products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.
You have legal rights in relation to Products that are not as described, faulty or otherwise not fit for purpose. If you believe that any Products that you have ordered do not conform with these Terms of Sale, please contact us to discuss a replacement or refund.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfil your Order or any of the Products in a particular Order, we will refund the value of the Product(s) that we were unable to fulfil and, if the full Order is cancelled, any delivery charges. You may obtain a refund by contacting us.

Welcome to the Skinner's Click & Collect ordering app!

Click 'Place Order' at bottom of screen to view our shop product menu and pre order your ale for collection from our main brewey site in Newham, Truro (TR1 2DP).

Collection Instructions:

• Please drive carefully through main brewery gates (max 5 miles per hour)

• Park vehicle in clearly marked parking spaces in front of main building and let a member of the shop team know you your arrival

• Give your name and order details and the order will be brought out to you and placed in your boot

• Any isues on arrival, please call our customer services number on 01872 271885 (press option 4)

• Please collect from from Skinner's Brewery, Riverside, Newham, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2DP

Collections slots available Monday to Saturday 10.30am to 5.30pm (Pre bookd 30 minute slots)

Orders must be placed and paid for before 4pm for same day collection. If you placed your order after 4pm, you will be offered a selection of collection dates/time slots to choose from.
